This is a two pot meal.
Ingredients
Ground Beef, 1 lb.
Instant Ramen Noodles, Oriental Flavor, 2 packages
Stir Fry Vegetable Mix, Frozen, 2 cups or about 1 package
Garlic, Dried and Minced, 1/2 teaspoon
Ginger, Dried and Ground, 1 teaspoon
Green Onion, Sliced, 1-2
Directions
In one pot, start browning the ground beef. Add seasoning packets from the instant ramen noodles. Add the garlic and ginger. When the beef is cooked through, add the stir fry vegetables. In another pot, boil some water while the beef is cooking. Break up the ramen noodles and add to the boiling water. Once the noodles are soft, drain the water into your waste water container. Mix the drained noodles in with the beef and vegetables. Stir in the green onions and serve.
Servings? Feeds two hungry river rangers. I store the rare leftovers in my GSI Fairshare Mug for the next day’s snack or lunch.
